We finishwhat we start.
Twenty-two years, four hundred and eighty homes, and one rule that hasn't changed: the crew that starts your project is the crew that finishes it.
Started in a garage. Still run off a job site.
Craftline Renovations began in 2004 with one truck, two carpenters, and a stubborn belief that most of what homeowners hate about renovation is avoidable. Not the dust — the silence. The change orders nobody explained. The subcontractor who never came back.
So we built the company around that instead of around volume. We keep our trades in-house, we run one project manager per job, and we put the schedule in writing before the first wall comes down. It is a slower way to grow. It is a much better way to build.
The record, plainly stated.
